Les (formerly called Lexi) is part of Lessen, operated by Udom Software LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Lessen, 732 South 6th Street, Suite N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Email: admin@lessen.app.
1. What you are using
Les is an automated text companion, not a human, therapist, emergency responder, or person watching your account. It can discuss your own Lessen information and offer general support. It does not provide betting picks, odds, gambling strategies, diagnoses or treatment. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or similar to text shown to other people. Verify facts that matter and seek professional help when needed.
2. What is sent to the AI service
When you send a message, Lessen supplies the message, relevant conversation context and selected facts needed for a useful answer, such as your chosen mode, goals, summaries and support preferences. Anthropic processes those inputs to generate a reply. We do not intentionally send sportsbook passwords, payment credentials, raw betting odds or another patient's records. Do not paste them into chat.
Lessen does not store a conversation transcript in its application database. If you turn on chat history, the app keeps it on your device and provides a way to clear it. Operational records may include time, usage counts and safety classifications without the message text. Anthropic's commercial API has its own retention and abuse-prevention rules, generally deleting ordinary inputs and outputs within 30 days, with exceptions including legal or safety obligations and agreed terms. See Anthropic's retention notice. A no-transcript setting in Lessen does not turn off the processing needed to answer your message.
3. Safety limits
Les uses guardrails intended to reject gambling assistance, avoid unsafe instructions, and direct urgent situations to human resources. Guardrails can fail. Do not depend on a reply being correct or arriving in time. No professional confidentiality privilege is created by chatting with Les. Do not use it for emergency care or decisions requiring a licensed professional. In immediate danger call 911; for US crisis support call or text 988.
4. Choices and rights
You may choose not to use Les. You can clear available local chat history and submit access or deletion requests through the routes in Privacy. Consent to optional research or model development is separate from using the companion. General Terms do not license unrelated model training on your health data. Report an unsafe response to admin@lessen.app with the minimum information needed to investigate; do not include another person's private information.
