What you'll see depends on what they granted.

Four separate levels, not tiers. Someone may grant one, or all four, and give a different set to someone else. A page with only the first level on it is a complete answer. Every page shows activity from the sportsbooks the person connected, with how fresh that data is. A quiet page is not proof of no betting.

Every level also shows which sportsbooks the person connected and when they last updated. It says if a sportsbook they use is not connected, whether their plan is to quit or cut down, and their time zone.

Only the person themselves can create one, from the sharing screen in their app. Asking them for it is the whole first step. There is no way to request access from this page.

Sharing is off until you turn it on, up to three people, and you can narrow or end it at any time without them being told.

How sharing works

Seeing a client?

Reading a shared page costs nothing. Seeing several clients? The portal puts them behind one login. The clinician portal is free during the pilot. We will tell you in advance before that changes, and nothing is ever charged automatically. How it fits practice is written out for you.

For clinicians

A shared page is information the person chose to give you, the same as anything else they might tell you. How you treat it under the rules that apply to you is your call. No one at Lessen reviews these pages. Lessen is not a monitoring service or an emergency service, and you are not alerted in real time.
