Lessen has no public social feed. These rules apply to account names, goals, support messages, Les input, shared-page use and practice submissions. They supplement the Terms.
Do not submit content you have no right to use, another person's credentials or unnecessary private information. Do not impersonate a clinician, claim an organization you do not represent, harass a user, pressure someone into sharing, upload malicious code, seek gambling tips through Les, or use the service for unlawful discrimination or exploitation. Do not submit patient details in business-verification forms or ordinary support email.
Do not attempt to bypass sharing consent, staff permissions, subscription status or client limits. Do not buy, sell or share accounts, scrape private pages, or reidentify coded research records. A good-faith security report should follow Security Reporting.
Lessen may restrict harmful or unlawful content or accounts proportionately, with explanation and a chance to correct an error when safe and practical. It does not continuously monitor every message or guarantee that it detects all prohibited content. To report abuse or appeal a restriction, email admin@lessen.app. For an immediate emergency, use emergency services rather than a content report.
Your lawful criticism, privacy request, refund request or good-faith report is not prohibited conduct. These rules do not remove rights protected by law.
