This policy supplements Lessen's Terms. The seller is Udom Software LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Lessen, 732 South 6th Street, Suite N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Email: admin@lessen.app.
1. Two separate products
The consumer phone app uses Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions when available. When offered, consumers may also purchase a subscription on lessen.app through Stripe and sign into the same Lessen account in the app. Website consumer checkout remains closed until launch readiness is confirmed. The clinician web portal uses Stripe. A portal subscription does not pay for a patient's consumer app, and a consumer subscription does not buy a clinic plan. Pricing and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. A trial is not a promise that you will never be charged: it becomes paid at the disclosed time unless canceled in time.
2. Consumer phone subscriptions
Standard pricing is $24.99 monthly or $179.99 annually. Eligible new subscriptions may include seven free days. One connected sportsbook is included; supported additional books cost $4.99 per month each, with no more than three connected books. Extra-book subscriptions have a separate renewal and are managed through the store or Lessen website where they were purchased. An annual equivalent monthly price is a comparison, not an installment plan. Different lawful offers or existing subscriptions may have different prices.
The store purchase sheet or Stripe checkout, according to where you buy, controls the price, tax, currency, trial eligibility, renewal period and cancellation deadline for the transaction you accept. You accept payment terms before a sportsbook connection is created. Lessen pays connection costs independently of whether you later renew. Connection failure, waiting to install the app, or an incomplete import does not automatically stop the trial clock. A website trial begins when checkout completes, not when the app is first installed. Contact support and use the store's cancellation controls before the deadline if you do not want renewal.
Extra sportsbooks purchased on the website
When available, each extra sportsbook costs $4.99 per month, separately from the main subscription, including when the main subscription is annual. There is no additional free trial. You may buy at most two extras, for three connected sportsbooks in total. Adding a second extra shows the exact prorated charge for your confirmation before the change; two extras renew at $9.98 per month.
Use Manage extra sportsbooks in your website account to stop renewal. Paid extra places remain available until the paid period ends. When they expire, Lessen keeps the oldest connected sportsbook as the included connection and stops the extra connections. If you have two extras, cancellation currently stops renewal for both together; changing from two extras to one is not available in the website controls. Contact admin@lessen.app for help. Canceling extras does not cancel the main Lessen subscription.
3. How to cancel or restore
Consumer website purchases: sign into lessen.app/account and choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s billing page. Cancel before the displayed renewal time to avoid the next charge. Sign into the same Lessen account in the app to access the existing website subscription; do not purchase a second subscription through a store. Contact admin@lessen.app if billing management fails. Account deletion records a website-subscription cancellation request; a provider outage may delay completion and requires retry. Deleting an account does not automatically refund earlier payments.
Apple: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Lessen and follow the cancellation option. Follow the deadline shown by Apple; Apple may require cancellation at least 24 hours before a free trial ends. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Google Play: open Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, and Lessen. Follow the cancellation instructions and deadline shown there. See Google's subscription instructions.
Clinician portal: sign in at lessen.app/clinic, open Account, then the available billing or cancellation controls. Contact admin@lessen.app if you cannot sign in or the controls fail.
Uninstalling Lessen, disconnecting a book or deleting the Lessen account does not cancel a subscription held by Apple or Google. Cancel the base plan and any separate extra-book subscriptions as needed. Restore purchases uses the appropriate store account to recognize a valid existing purchase after reinstalling or changing devices; it does not start another purchase or promise transfer between unrelated store platforms.
A normal cancellation stops the next renewal. Access usually continues until the paid term ends, subject to the store's trial rules, a refund, account deletion, enforcement required for security, or applicable law. Check the confirmation and save it. If a cancellation fails, tell us promptly; a technical failure must not be used to obstruct a lawful cancellation.
4. Clinician plans
Pilot access (added October 10, 2026). While Lessen runs a clinician pilot, verified practices may use the portal at no charge with a larger allowance. Pilot access is not a subscription. Nothing is charged automatically when a pilot ends, and Lessen gives notice before it ends. Paid plans may not be offered during a pilot. The plans below apply outside a pilot.
Free supports five distinct clients, Practice is $39 monthly for 15, and Clinic is $99 monthly for 40. Staff share one allowance per practice. A client counts for 30 days from the latest authorized page opening. Larger arrangements require a written quote. Submission, starter approval, full approval and a review email do not start a subscription. The owner must choose a paid plan and confirm checkout. The confirmation shows renewal terms and any taxes.
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next period as shown in billing. Any prorated amount or credit must be shown before confirmation. We do not promise a refund or a new free allowance merely for deleting and re-adding clients. Payment failure, cancellation, expiry, refund or reversal may reduce access to the plan supported by the confirmed payment status. An owner deleting their last-owner account triggers cancellation processing; transferring the practice first is the appropriate way to preserve staff access and billing continuity.
For consumer website purchases, contact admin@lessen.app for refund requests. A full refund of the current subscription payment can remove access for that period. Applicable legal rights are unaffected. Trial eligibility is checked for the account and normalized email; switching payment platforms does not promise another trial.
5. Refunds, errors and disputes
For Apple purchases, request a refund through Apple's refund service. For Google purchases, use Google's purchase history and refund process. The stores administer those payments; we can help locate the transaction but cannot promise a result controlled by the store. Statutory rights still apply.
The Lessen Promise. New consumer memberships may also qualify for a separate refund of the first subscription payment when the person does not bet less in their first 30 days and meets the promise's conditions. For portal charges, contact admin@lessen.app with the account email, charge date and a brief description. Do not send card numbers. We investigate duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges and service problems and provide refunds or other remedies where required by law or agreed after review. Except for legal rights or an express offer, unused time is not automatically refundable. This policy does not waive a right to contest a charge with your payment provider or require a waiver to obtain a refund.
6. Notices and price changes
We or the payment platform provide confirmations, receipts, renewal or trial reminders and price-change notices as required by applicable law and platform rules. Required renewal and cancellation disclosures must appear at purchase, not only in this policy. A price increase applies prospectively with required notice and consent; it does not change an already paid fixed period retroactively. If required consent is not obtained, we will not treat silence as consent where prohibited.
