Shared Page Recipient Terms

Effective September 8, 2026 · Version 2026-09-08.2

These terms apply when a person invites you to view their Lessen information. They supplement the Terms of Service and, for portal users, Clinician Portal Terms. The provider is Udom Software LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Lessen, 732 South 6th Street, Suite N, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Email: admin@lessen.app.

1. What the invitation permits

An invitation permits the intended recipient to view only the sections and history the account holder authorizes. It is not transferable and does not grant access to other people. Verify your own identity through the supplied flow. Never forward a sign-in link, sharing code or private page to another person. If an invitation was sent in error, do not open or keep the information; tell admin@lessen.app without including the private page contents.

2. Sensitive information and permitted use

Treat what you see as confidential. Use it only for the support or professional purpose the person authorized and any related use required by law. Do not sell it, advertise with it, reidentify other coded records, publish it, use it for unrelated model training, or make employment or insurance decisions from it. Do not pressure someone to grant or keep access. A practice owner cannot consent on a patient's behalf merely by inviting staff.

If you make a necessary professional note, comply with your own duties and explain those practices to the patient. Personal recipients should avoid screenshots and unnecessary copies. Lessen cannot erase a copy you keep outside its service, but you remain responsible for lawful retention and honoring applicable deletion or confidentiality duties.

3. Limits of the page

Data may be incomplete, old, missing or later corrected. Read freshness and coverage information. A blank page, missed notification or lack of a recorded bet is not proof that someone is safe or not gambling. Lessen is not asking you to monitor continuously and does not promise that anyone else is doing so. The page is not emergency communication or professional advice. In an immediate emergency call 911; for US crisis support call or text 988.

4. Revocation, access history and security

The account holder can change or end access. Do not bypass a revocation, use another recipient's account, or keep refreshing a removed link through an unauthorized method. We may record views, timestamps, the granted scope and security information; the account holder can see relevant sharing activity. A lack of a notification does not mean access is unlogged. Sign out on shared devices and report unauthorized access promptly.

5. Ending your participation

You may decline or stop viewing a shared page and ask the sharer to remove your access. Contact admin@lessen.app for identity, access or deletion help. If you are a clinician, ending portal access does not by itself end your professional obligations or any independently established patient relationship. The general Terms and applicable law govern disputes and mandatory rights.
